I had to make 3 separate calls to iPage regarding 3 charges to my card. The 1st 2 were refunded or in the process of refunding and the 3rd one, I tried to contact a supervisor and was told that they weren't available and someone would email me in 48-72 hours.

I had this service for 1 year and never knew that they automatically turned on Auto-Renew. This is so that they don't have to refund you any money after they charge you automatically. What a scam.

I never would have allowed this auto renewal if I knew that it was turned on and they have no one on staff that speaks good English. I will move my hosting elsewhere since they are scamming their customers this way.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $32.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

iPage Cons: Customer service sucks.

What is an iPage ? You must provide background information to the great uneducated masses in order to garner any sympathy ; I have no idea what you bought, hat it cost, hat it was supposed to do, how it failed, etc.... Complaint : DENIED
