still waiting for someone from iPage to contact me

I have tried to reason with iPage and have been on hold for an hour trying to get them to pay back overcharges of $900 for automatic monthly billing for "concierge services," which I thought were for one month, not continuous. It is always by electronic chatting and no personal help.

I recommend not believing their $1.99 per month ad! I don't know what else to say. I had two people helping me with my bookkeeping and one alerted me to the automatic billing and I called them to stop it. It didn't stop.

The second one alerted me that it was still happening, and I transferred my account to another service and told them (for one hour) to stop the service.

They refused to be reasonable. I hope I am done with them.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Having the ability to chat by email.

I didn't like: As i wanted to do more to a website, It went from 2 dollars per month to over 100 dollars per month.
